| It is an aqueous finishing material using special synthetic resin, silica, and paints. | Construction Method |
1. Completely remove out any foreign materials, such as dust, oil, or water.
2. Repair small cracks, grooves, or damaged parts with Baro Putty.
3. Apply the color primer, which is in the same color as the lining material, to the surface, using a roller or a spray.
4. In case the color primer work is not done, the phenomenon of whitening or difference in the finishing color can happen so it should be done before the finishing work.
5. Be sure to do the curing work in advance in order to prevent any finishing material from flying out.
6. After the primer work is completely dry, adjust the air pressure of the compressor and the nozzle diameter of the spray suitably for the construction pattern, input a finishing material, and try a preliminary test to make the pattern that you want.
7. Put travertine into the gun, adjust the air pressure of the compressor, and apply on the whole in the thickness of less than 1.5mm for small particle-patterns.
※ The minimum thickness of one-time coating should not be more than 1.5mm. In case it is thick, cracks can be made.
8. After making spray patterns, make patterns in a certain direction, using an unpolluted trowel or a flat spoon.
※ You should do the work in one direction to have the consistent texture of the patterns.
9. The spray work and the following work (patterning) should be done consecutively.
10. Check whether the surface is dry or not after it is cured for 24 hours.
※ The temperature, humidity, and wind of a jobsite can make a difference. In order to maintain the smoothness of the surface, do the primary polishing work (#100 – electric sander or air sander).
※ The polishing work should be done before it becomes completely dry. In general, it is suitable to complete the polishing work within 12~ 36 hours after the construction work.
The second polishing (#320) would be done to make a graceful appearance.

| Attention for the construction work |
1. The temperature for the construction work should be over 5°C and the humidity should be less than 80%.
2. The drying work takes long time so before doing the finishing work, be sure to check the weather first. In case it is difficult to work further because of rain, immediately take a curing action for the existing applied surface which is not dry yet in order to prevent it from being damaged.
3. Protect the finishing material from any pollutants floating in the air, like dust and smoke, and from weather (less than 5°C temperature; over 85% humidity) until it becomes dry.
4. Remove the white part of the concrete surface in advance, and do the construction work when it is completely cured.
5. Repair any polluted or damaged part and do the construction work again.
6. In case it is judged that the pattern has a problem, stop the work, remove out the problem, take corrective actions for the causes, and then, work.
7. For the repair work, completely remove any pollutants from the existing walls, reinforce the surface with Baro Primer, and then, do the work.
8. For the surface that is not cured after the mesh finishing or the cement mortar finishing work, don’t do the construction work.
9. Don’t do the construction work on the bottom surface that is coated with oil or asphalt.
10. Do not mix with other paints.
11. Prepare sufficient labor and equipment for consecutive works, and be careful not to have working joints or quality change.
12. Keep all the materials in the place which is out of the direct rays of the sun and well-ventilated (a dry, cool, and dark place in the temperature of 5℃ ~ 30℃).
13. In case you have to stop the work while doing the lining work, be careful not to make any spray joint. |
