Construction Method

2-color system (2-tone color multi-coating)
1. Remove out any laitance and pollutants on the bottom.
2. The moisture content of the coated surface should be less than 8%, pH 7~9.
3. Coat the whole with Primer, Ag Ceramic Coat background paints. (Working tools: Airless, Roller, Brush)
4. Check the status of dryness of the background paints.
5. Design the location, size, and intervals of joints and preliminarily draft lines.
6. Attach a masking tape to the prearranged joint.
7. Check whether the surface is clean or not before coating.
8. Spray Ag Ceramic Coat, using a born tile gun.
(Check the spray quantity and pressure in advance, do test coating, and then, do the main work.)
9. Check whether the coating paints are completely dry.
10. Remove the masking tape that is for joints.
11. Put the tools and materials in order.

3-color system (multi-coating of over 3-tone color)

1. Remove out laitance and pollutants on the bottom.
6. Coat with a brush a little wider than the prearranged joint part
7. Finish with one-time coating if possible
8. Check the dryness status of the joint paints
9. Check the designed location of joints again.
10. Attach a masking tape to the prearranged joint.
11. Check whether the surface is clean or not before coating.
12. Spray Baro Coat finishing material, using a born tile gun.
(Check the spray quantity and pressure in advance, do test coating, and then, do the main work.)
13. Spray Baro Coat finishing material in the same way.
14. Check whether the coating paints are completely dry.
15. Remove the masking tape that is for joints.
16. Put the tools and materials in order.

Attention for the construction work

1) The work is aqueous so it should be used at over 5℃ atmospheric temperature and less than 80% relative humidity.
2) The product storage is aqueous so it should be kept in the temperature of 5℃ - 30℃.
3) It should not be mixed with other paints. It should not be mixed with any other thinner than fresh water.
4) In case the background treatment is insufficient, it can cause defective adherence or peel-off so it should be perfectly done.
5) In the case of mixing the paint with fresh water, be sure to perfectly mix.
6) In case there is moisture on the surface, it can cause defective coating so it should be perfectly dry before the coating work.
7) In case the temperature is low and the relative humidity is high, the drying time can be delayed.
8) In case coating is excessive at first, the drying speed goes down.
9) Remaining paints should be sealed up and kept in a cool, dark place out of the direct rays of the sun.
