Interior stone spraying finish product expressing smooth texture with compliance of the environmental limits of organic compound and formaldehyde, consisting of acrylic polymer and natural aggregate.

1. Completely remove out any foreign materials, such as dust, oil, or water.
2. Repair small cracks, grooves, or damaged parts with Baro Putty.
3. Apply the color primer, which is in the same color as the lining material, to the surface, using a roller or a spray.
4. In case the color primer work is not done, the phenomenon of whitening or difference in the finishing color can happen so it should be done before the finishing work.
5. Be sure to do the curing work in advance in order to prevent any finishing material from flying out.
6. After the primer work is completely dry, adjust the air pressure of the compressor and the nozzle diameter of the spray suitably for the construction pattern, input a finishing material, and try a preliminary test to make the pattern that you want.
7. Put Fine Stone into the gun, adjust the air pressure of the compressor, and apply on the whole in the thickness of less than 1.5mm for small particle-patterns.
8. The minimum thickness of one-time coating should not be more than 1.5mm. In case it is thick, cracks can be made.
9. After making spray patterns, make patterns in a certain direction, using an unpolluted trowel or a flat spoon.
10. You should do the work in one direction to have the consistent texture of the patterns.
11. The spray work and the following work (patterning) should be done consecutively.
12. Check whether the surface is dry or not after it is cured for 24 hours.
13. The temperature, humidity, and wind of a jobsite can make a difference.
14. In order to maintain the smoothness of the surface, do the primary polishing work (#100 electric sander or air sander).
15. The polishing work should be done before it becomes completely dry. In general, it is suitable to complete the polishing work within 12~ 36 hours after the construction work.
16. Make the final finish by evenly spraying transparent top agent (Glazed, unglazed).

1) The conditions suitable for the construction work are over 5℃, less than 80% relative humidity, and 5m/sec wind velocity. There should be no snow.
2) There should be no dust, oil, or water on the background.
3) There should be no cracks, grooves, or damage.
4) The background should be completely dry and the whitening part should be completely removed out in advance.
5) 48 hours are taken for the curing work so check the weather (rain or humidity) before doing the construction work.
6) The spray-finishing work should not be done in winter or during rainy days.
7) Do not mix it with other materials.
8) The materials which are brought into a jobsite should be kept in the dry, cool, and dark place in the temperature of 5℃ - 30℃.
