Premium stone spraying type finishing product with natural atmosphere, consisting of pure acrylic polymer and nature stone aggregate as its ingredient, in addition to elastic color V-chip

1. Remove out any dust, floating matters, and foreign materials on the surface.
2. Do the repair work for the cracks or the damaged parts of the surface, using Baro Putty, to make the surface smooth.
3. Apply Baro Primer to the whole surface, using a roller or a spray, to strengthen the adhesiveness.
4. Discuss PVC joint sealant and joint interval with the owner of a building in advance prior to the construction work.
5. Strongly adhere the joint sealant by use of a caulking material so that the joint sealant won’t fall off.
6. Remove the joint sealant cover after spraying V-CHIP STONE.
7. Mix color V-chip with a small amount of water (Max. less then 5%) to prevent its tangling.
8. Put water and V-Chip into stone finishing materials and use appropriate tools to prevent its tangling.
9. You can mix a hardener for curing and workability on a jobsite
10. Use a spray gun to apply. The nozzle diameter for the spray gun should be 3-6mm and its pressure for use should be 3-5kgf/cm2.
11. The V-Chip spraying work, the color and the pattern can become different, so test it in advance.
12. Put a spray gun 30-50 cm apart from the wall and spray thinly left and right. After 30-40 minutes, do a final spraying maintain constant covering and patterns.
13. Before getting dry on the surface after spraying, make sure to press the surface softly with a roller or a plasterer.
14. Grind the overall area lightly with a sand paper to make color V-chip striking.
15. After finishing spraying works and when finishing areas are completely dried, apply water repellent coating agent using a roller or a sprayer.
16. In case you have to stop the work in the middle, be careful not to make any spray joint.
17. Be sure to protect the whole surface until it is dried dry after the work is done.

1.The conditions suitable for the construction work are over 5℃, less than 80% relative humidity, and 5m/sec wind velocity.There should be no snow.
2. There should be no dust, oil, or water on the background.
3. There should be no cracks, grooves, or damage.
4. The background should be completely dry and the whitening part should be completely removed out in advance.
5. 48 hours are taken for the curing work so check the weather (rain or humidity) before doing the construction work.
6. The spray-finishing work should not be done in winter or during rainy days.
7. Do not mix it with other materials.
8. The materials which are brought into a jobsite should be kept in the dry, cool, and dark place in the temperature of 5℃ - 30℃.
